Super hero pictures

We produced these pieces of artwork as part of our super hero writing week. We used a real photo of ourselves and collaged over it to create a costume. We then added text in the style of comic books.

The Gruffalo

As part of our literacy unit, I asked the children to write a playscript of The Gruffalo to perform to some of the other classes in our school. The children did fantastically well, organising themselves into teams and taking responsibility for preparing some amazing performances! Well done! 🙂
